KeepItPassive is in early access and free while it is. By signing in you agree to the following.

Your account and your stores

• You are responsible for the marketplace accounts you connect and for every change the software makes at your request. Review before you publish, reprice or buy a label.
• You must have the right to sell what you list, and you must follow each marketplace's rules.

The service

• Early-access software changes often and can have faults. It is provided as is, without warranty. We are not liable for lost sales, marketplace penalties or fees that result from using it.
• We may change or withdraw features, and we may end an account that abuses the service or a marketplace.

Payment

Paid plans are not switched on yet, so nothing is charged today. When they are, Paddle sells and supplies KeepItPassive subscriptions as merchant of record: Paddle is the seller named on your receipt and handles any sales tax or VAT. The price, the billing interval and the refund terms will be shown to you before you are asked to pay, and you will be able to cancel from your own billing account.

Your data

Your inventory is yours. Our privacy page says what we keep and what we do not.
